got called from this number, no message called back and got the voice saying sorry for the test call
Same as everyone else above. No message...then when you return the call... machine says "sorry for the test call" . wierd.
It's probably from your cell phone provider. From a Test call generator. Look up Test call generator on Wikipedia. What a pain in the Butt!
I thought these types of calls were illegal? I suspect this one belongs to the government doing voice analysis recognition, tracking, etc. Unfortunately my cell has no opinion for blocking phone numbers.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
