i think you've hit on something here...I've done the same thing because it seems that these swamp-dwellers have my number on speed-dial...
This number has been calling our home. We are on DNC list which apparently no one pays any attention to. Please quit calling.
A call blocker will be more effective than the DNC. Scammers aren't going to follow rules, the DNC is useless against them!
The criminals use an autodialer, programmed in advance with a range of numbers to call.They often don't know who will respond, especially to unlisted and unpublished numbers.
May I suggest you program in the caregivers' phone numbers in your cell with a distinct ring tone? If it's not that ring tone, you don't need to worry. (These days you can program in unique ringtones for every person who calls you.) Hope it helps.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
