Called multiple times, finally I decided to answer. only asked my address and if we were home based or had a facility. I answered as those seemed like innocuous questions. He asked my name, I told him and he said someone would be by tomorrow. I actually work from my home so I won't be there and no one at the plant is authorized to do anything with a bank.
Woman called and asked if this was (company name) Distribution. I said it was Distributors and she said she had the wrong number and hung up.
The phone rings and I answer and there is nobody on the line. Happens several times a day. It is very annoying when I am busy and have to drop everything for a non-responsive call. I wish they would stop. I do not want to call the number - who knows what Pandora's box I will open. :(
Got ANOTHER call from these guys this morning - didn't get through, the # is blocked. Looked up the # anyway to see who. IF it's "Cypress" it's a bank or company trying to sign you up for 'merchant services' so you can accept credit card payments at your business. I've asked to be removed and was told they'd remove me. I guess they didn't.
I receive a call from then 1-2x a week asking for the owner when i tell them they are not available i will call back. I tell them the owner is never in the office can i help you they hang up on me. The caller ID says Cypress.
Received call today at business. The person had my full name and I told them I was not here. Kept asking for me. Soliciter
Got a call from this number at our business. Said her name and that she was with Cypress Bank and asked if this was the business of where I work. I told her yes, and then she asked if I was the owner. I told her no, and she then asked if they were available. They were not so I informed her and she just told me to tell them she called.
So many times, again and again and again. Even in Baseball three strikes and you are out.
Called about 5 minutes ago. I answered and I heard someone talking in the back and then he came on the line and said, "this is Alex with Cypress" and continued to ask if he had the correct name for the business I work for AFTER I had already stated our business's name when I answered. He then started talking very quickly and mumbling asking if our address is what they had on file and something about VISA. He then apologized for being so rude and not getting my name although that was in my statement when I answered the phone. Not professional, does not talk clearly I'm assuming so you'll just give information without question.
