My husband had two missed calls in a row from this # the other day while he was at work and unable to answer... He has just asked me to look it up and this is what I found... We live in Centeral Texas...
I too received a long distance call from this number. I am in San Diego, California and this call from Arkansas. It is a message in Spanish, then hung up. They are sleazy to keep doing this.
I just got the call 10 minutes ago and didn't answer either. I knew something with it was weird when it had a plus signal before the number and they didn't leave a message.
Just got this call..i have sprint and i live in maryland...very staticy and some woman speaking spanish,...not sure what the hell it was for...
We have been getting these phone calls repeatedly at work from various numbers. We run a call center and its quite annoying. I also get them on my cell phone, as well as management from my company. I have pressed 1 to be connected to a rep, and none understand English, and usually the second they hear I am speaking English they hang up on me.

got the same cll on April 23, 08 @08:28. Same thing spanish and hand. cll the # back and it's been disconnected.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
