I just got the call on my cell phone too. I didn't answer as it was not a number I didn't recognize. I live in PA with a NJ cell phone number.
Got the call to my cell number at 11:16am CT today, 4/23. Was noisy and in Spanish. Showed up as an Arkansas number.

They call me multiple times a day. i answer and i either hear spanish talking or like japanese. And when i call them back to tell them to stop it says this number has been disconnected.
This number started calling me yesterday... and already i have gotten 7 calls. i answer and right as im about to say what?! or hello they start yelling in spanish and then hang up. I got really annoyed so i had a friend search the number.. it came up as arkansas
They started calling me like a week ago. i have already recieved 10 or more calls. i am getting sick of it because usually when this happens and you call them back to tell them to stop they answer and when you scream at them they stop. but every time i try to call back it says something blah blah blah this numbers been disconnected. I live in MA and i have also heard that my friend my grandma,my cousins,my uncle,my mom and my aunt have all been called by this number.they really need to stop its so annoying. and my cousins live in MO and my aunt lives in CT so clearly these people can contact people around the united states.
Another one. Called, no message. When I called the number back to see who it was, the number was "disconnected".Argh
Received a call from this number; pre-recorded in Spanish; lots of background noise; after the talking ended, silence for a while and then disconnected
