Same thing. Very noisey on the phone. Caller was speaking Spanish, I hung up. Don't even know why I answered it. THIS IS AMERICA..SPEAK ENGLISH!
It rang three times and stopped. I did not recognize the # so I did not answer. Left no message.

Got a call from this number during work, didnt answer. Immediately googled it, found this forum. I'll knock it up to a spam op, or at the worst, just some annoying marketing op. Poorly executed imo.I'll be keeping an eye on this, this looks interesting.
Got the same call. could not get to phone in time. Weird Probably someone dialing random numbers? Could it be someone needing help? I called it back but it said phone was disconnected.

I live in new jersey and i received a call. I didn't answer because i was in class. I tried to call this number back and an automated "this number cannot be reached..." I am not sure if this is the government making a phone tap, some crazy spammer...who knows. We all watch too many movies and america is paranoid. I find its interesting how they picked mostly NJ numbers on ATT/Cingular.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
