This number from VINE keeps calling me about my friend who is an inmate, he has been transfered to another facility. The number keeps calling with the same message, it tells me to enter my four digit pin for them to stop calling but i dont remeber ever having a pin.

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
