I keep getting calls from 509-982-4532. I never answer, and they never leave a message. The calls have been more frequent recently and I tried calling back the number and it states the line has been disconnected or is no longer in service. How can it be an invalid number when they called my seconds earlier?

I am on the DO NOT CALL List and should not be getting these types of calls. I would like to know how these scammers got my number and why they think they can call me.

At&T cannot do anything about these call. The caller IDs are randomly generated by computer.

This number just called my cell phone. I didn't answer and they left no message. CID showed ODESSA, WA.

Credit Card scam.

These chumps have become even ballsier with there stupid scam. A few months ago they used to try to "pre-qualify" with a bunch of questions first before asking for cc info. Now they just have [***] asking for cc number right out of the gate. I do enjoy wasting their time and then verbally abusing them though, which is fun.

Just got two calls, the second immediately after they hung up when my v-mail kicked in. I like the assigned ring tone idea. Thanks. Now I don't even have to pick up the phone to see if someone I know is calling. I don't answer unfamiliar, "out of area," etc. phone numbers. Took me MONTHS to train myself NOT to answer--what if it's an emergency!--just wait 30 seconds and see if there is a voice-mail. Anyone I would want to talk to, like Dr's office, business returning my call, etc. will leave a voice-mail. I cannot block numbers, either; if there is no v-mail, I look in my call-log and if there is a call history, I "save" the number on my phone memory (don't want to use up my SIM card space) with the name "wrong#3dec2014." Next time they call, I see that on my screen.

does no good to block their #...it is a computer generated call and they put in any # they want to show up on your caller id....if you block one, they just program in a different one...looks like they change the “from” # every couple of weeks...after i kept blocking them, they now program the calls one digit off from my home #...i answered thinking it was a neighbor...can’t win!!
