A-holes call me all the time. Yes, I am on the "worthless" DO NOT CALL list. They have called me 50 times the past year. I never ever answer the phone.
My AT&T phone lets me do that already without installing an app. It's an android LG G2, but I suspect any AT&T phone will do this. Look at your call log and open the settings. You'll see the option to block the call, and then you can delete it from your call log. Many spam calls never reach me because when someone requires my phone number for a transaction I give them my Google phone number (that rings through to my cell phone, but only if I haven't told it to block calls). It does an excellent job of blocking spam.800notes.com should develop an app. I might download that one. These folks always have good information (crowd sourced by us).
Got a call from this number and let it go to voicemail. They didn't leave a message and since I use this phone for business, I called it back and got a "the number you have called has been disconnected..." message. Then 10 minutes later, I get a call from 509-369-5425, robocall talking about Senior benefits.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
