.......you must know nothing about charities and how they work. The charity itself and the people employed by the charity get the REAL money. All my coworkers have 2 jobs even our supervisors do. So don't sit there and assume especially since you obviously know nothing. And regardless if it's a job or not WE ARE HUMAN!!! What gives you the right to talk down to anyone? But the reason for my comment wasn't for you guys to support telefund but to ANSWER AND JUST SAY "take me off your list" or "I can't donate" or "just put me on mail only" or if it's a charity you love to just DONATE. We are ALREADY payed for even if you don't donate we still get paid by telefund.
I get calls from this # at least once a week. I never answer because I had a hunch it was some sort of automated number and there is never a voicemail.
they keep calling and calling! No one on the other end. When I call back it's a message about political fund raising.
Caller ID showed TELEFUND, INC. The caller calls all the time. I answered once and it was a recording about them being a fund raising organization for political purposes. I hung up.
Why? Nobody is under any obligation whatsoever to answer your g-dam calls. Ever. For any reason. You're barely human. And as for supporting your "families", please be lying about breeding. Please!
Thank you for this information. I used it to have them put me on their do-not-call list.
I usually would get calls from the 617 area code up to 4 times per day. The first time I called the number back and found out that it was Telefund, so every time I saw that number I ignored the call. Now they've started calling me with Texas and California area codes and it's EXTREMELY obnoxious, especially when I get phone calls while I'm at work. I am definitely going to email that address and ask them to put me on their DNC list. The last time I was street canvassed I tried to not give them my phone number, and they told me that I had to put it down so they could call me to confirm my donation. I appreciate the security, but I think that this is a sneaky way for organizations to get you to give your phone number.
