I thought this was a scam but I called the number back and it was legit. I actually did have an outstanding purchase but was probably throwing the bills away thinking it was junk mail - not even opening it. I verified their info against my receipt that I still had on e-mail as they sent it to me at the time of purchase via e-mail.
I always make payments ontime so I called Macy's to find out why I got this call. The operator says it's not a scam. My issue was I used the Macy's card as "Visa" card outside Macy's store, and my payment somehow only went to Macy's card, not Visa (apparently, I needed to add Visa card when I paid online.). She's saying that is way I received the call. She transferred my payment to Visa card and cleared any late payment fee. If you get this call, you should probably give the credit company a call just in case.
This number 513-754-9822, tried my home as well. This is definitely a fraud. I think, if more people report such activities to FTC, it will help drive some action in preventing such calls
Macy's!!! I don't even have a Macy's card! All I know is it's pretty annoying...try 18 calls in the last month.
It is Macy's. I have a zero balance with them, so there is no reason for them to call me. I went into Macy's & had them pull up my account information. I do not owe them anything. I went into their office & requested them to stop calling me 6 times a day. I put in a customer compaint with them about these harassing calls. They told me the calls will stop immediately. Nope! They still call. Is there no stopping them? This is crazy!
I am getting calls SEVERAL times EVERYDAY from this number 1-513-754-9822. No messages are ever left. Its been going on for a couple weeks now! I'm noticing from other complaints that it may be Macy's calling about past due amounts. I don't have a Macy's card though so I don't understand why I keep getting the calls!

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.

Claims it is Indiana Health Department doing survey. Said they will call back. Called back at 6:00 pm. Was not home to answered. Did not leave a message. Could not find this number for Indiana Health Department.

I called my bank, and they confirmed that this call was from their fraud department. It was legitimate. But I don't understand what your star rating system is, the five stars above the "Report" blue rectangle. What is it rating?

This appears to be a scammer masquerading as a Canadian Tire agent. Do not give any personal information, or better yet, do not answer.
