Same here. Got a call from 866-593-3926 - said they were FDSBank - a sister company of Macy's .Wanted my personal information (last 4 SSNO, DOB, phone, address, name) before they would tell be what the "personal business matter" was.I ended the call.

I meant to say that the robo call does not leave a message UNLESS a live person picks up the call.

these calls are so annoying..STOP!!!!

Keeps calling every half hour. Won't leave a message. My caller ID says Macy's Bloomies. I have no Macy's account and I have never even shopped there. Getting very annoyed with the thousand phone calls every day. I block one number they call back with same name but different numbers. They shouldn't even be aloud any kind of calls like these. The do not call list is a joke. I'm on it and I'm continuously getting calls that say unkown and it's some kind of scam. This is just getting out of hand.

5 calls a day, it is a new number for us in the last few months. I have called the number back and demanded they remove us from their call list, we have no accounts with them, it is a brand new number for us, etc. The calls continue. 4 yesterday, 2 already this morning and it is only 10 A.m. Very disruptive.

Ughh i get like 6 calls a day from this number ... How do i block it??!?!?!?

They call me several times. They want to record the conversation before gives any information. What I did, I told them NO and if there is something they want to tell me and if them are from Macy's really, they should have my email and mail address, so I request send all buy email or mail, nothing by phone and said goodbye. The caller have an Indian accent.

Also, what I did I set on my phone (android) that number in the black list and now will not get more calls.

Macys keeps calling me with this number (513)-754-9822. Be carefully this is SCAM. They called me 10 times over this weekend. I am going to cancel my Macys American Express right now, they open 2 accounts, and make it very confusing, plus now thus scams calling saying they are Macys with an Indian accent, I live in florida not in India, they should have an american person in the Phone. So be carefull and don't give them any information over the phone, ask them to just send you a letter. Macys should stop this Scams with the FBI.

I'm so tired of getting several calls a day from this number 513-754-9822. Why can't we stop this - isn't there something that can be done, it's absolutely ridiculous. I guess reporting it to Macy's isn't going to do any good - maybe canceling my card with them will. It's completely zero balance - no reason for them to call me.
