Thanks for all the info. We have four calls on our caller I.D. just from today. No messages left. I asked my wife if we have a Macy's card and she said, "Yes, but we haven't used it for years and there is no balance". I then asked if we used it at any other store and she said, "no".
I keep getting a call from this number at all hours of the day and they never leave a message.
Pretty much same as everyone else. They call about 4 times a day. No message. I haven't and WILL NOT call back thanks to all the comments here on this site! I have contacted Macy's to notify them. I hope these scammers get caught!
Called and said they were from Macy's. They kept insisting for a payment over the phone. I told them I would go online to look at my account first because I always pay online. The dollar amounts they stated weren't consistent with my account.
I kept getting phone calls from this number so I contacted Macy's about it, asking them if this is some sort of scam going around. They replied saying that I was past due on my Macy's Visa account and that I should call this number to resolve the matter...1-866-593-3926. They never verified if the 513.754.9822 number was a company associated with Macys or Macy's Visa so I'm still not sure about that "company". Well, I called the 877 number that Macy's sent me and it turns out that I was past due on my payments on the VISA part of my Macy's Visa card. It turns out that you get 2 separate bills...One bill for the times you use your Macy's Visa at MACY'S and the other bill for the times you used it anywhere else.So any of you who have a Macy's Visa make sure you make 2 separate payments because you'll get stuck with late fee's. Thankfully the nice lady took off the late fee's since she saw that I was making monthly payments on my Macy's account!

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
