Maybe they'll enjoy paying for the call. It probably won't matter much to them if they take over a phone number to make their calls. But I have to do something to discourge them.

I set up my answering machine to pick up after 3 rings instead of the 4 that "macy's" allows before hanging up. I must have caught them napping because I was able to get a couple of seconds of someone talking in the background before they hung up. Hopefully someone will get a long distance bill and it'll put an end to this!

All day every day I get these calls. My phone is know full of nothing but these calls. I have this eve decided to kick back, drink beer, and call random people who work for macys and waste there time. Security guards, tellers, janitorial , who ever I can find. It's great to waste there time like they waste mine. So come on America, call your local macys and just say hi. To everyone!!!!!!! F:;& I&"!

I've no idea how resourceful these people are!They are now calling from another number in area code 402 220-4351(Nebraska)All I can do is sic the answering machine on them after 3 rings or block them on a case by case basis and hope they get tired of calling me. (I doubt it!)

***BEWARE THIS PHONE NUMBER 513-754-9822 is A SCAM FROM CALLER CLAIMING TO BE MACY"S***********************Received a call from 513-754-9822 and the lady said my husbands account was late. It was late and she said that I could pay it with his checking account. Stupid me I gave them the account to pay the bill. She then gave me her name Ms. Patterson, a reference number and a toll free number to call if I had questions. The number she gave me 800-947-6239 when I called after the call was a porn hotline. We the cancelled out checking account.

We get these every day. I have called back-I get an answering machine that does not identify themselves. They tell you to call back even if you call back when the answer service tells you. You answer the phone-no one responds when you say hello. I believe it 's a computer dial up.

This is sick.. Too many posts here to read them all. So here is what I have to say. I have no credit cards because of what these credit people do to all of you other guys posting on here as well as interest rates suck. But bottom line is, I do not have a macy's card, I tell these people that and yet still they continue to call me and ask for Maryann someone. And I do not know who she is and this is not her number but my cell phone number but still they continue to call all hours of the day and night, 8am till 10pm and wont stop. Thanks a lot macy's creditors for ruining the macy's name, I will never shop at your stores for how you treat your credit customers and thankfully I am not one of them!

We've receiving the calls from this number so many times.

Who ever these people are have been calling my cell phone and house phone all day back to back without leaving a message. I don't answer it because there is no name on the caller id. But I missed one payment on my Macy's card and a few days later I started receiving the calls. I paid them ASAP but gosh they called the day after I made the payment online. Therefore, I googled the # and noticed all the complaints people had on this #...Dang is this a SCAM???
