It's Desjardins credit card services (they operate private brand credit cards like Rona.) I have a fraud alert on my credit bureau accounts and they called to verify that I had applied for a Rona credit card (I had not and the account was not opened.)
I also received a call saying someone tried to change my address to a Quebec address and told me they would send me an email .. Is it a scam?
