I received a call from that phone and I pretended that I was following her instruction.. Then I told her: " You know, I have the FBI in the line in my other phone. I am a computer technician and my husband is aan FBI agent. You are in big trouble miss so I will see you in court soon" She hang up. Lol

These people were calling constantly. Made reports and finally they quieted down. Called again this a.m. Decided to have a bit of fun and let him "walk" me through fixing my "problem." Asked all kinds of questions about what is a server, are you the server, where is the server, what is a hard drive, etc. He was getting very frustrated but answered all my questions. Then he said type in xxxxxx which I said I did. He asked what was on my screen. I said "You're an idiot. Get a real job. Do you hear me now?" He said I could give him a b-job. When I said are you a pornographer he said Yes. He kept talking, I yelled an obscenity at him and hung up. These people are not only harassing but are now getting dangerous, and threatening and obscene.

many calls per day over three weeks. Caller male, with thick accent, possibly Middle east. Tells me he is from Microsoft & computer has a problem & he is there to help me. Fed up I called the local FBI and gave them the number and info. They referred me to FTC and they took the same info. Said they have numerous complaints against this number/caller and will investigate so call them at 877-382-4357. They are looking for a pattern of ages, locations, times of day, etc so give enough info. These people need to be prosecuted unfortunately they are probably calling from a foreign country.

Calls repeatedly claiming to be from Microsoft. When number is dialed back, the message is that it is a non-working number. Caller barely speaks English. Do NOT fall for this scam, and do not stay on the line with these people. Who knows what they are attempting to do...

Hangs up without hello

caller stated from Microsoft and wanted my password .I don't have Microsoft called 3 x in one day.

Calls 6x a day saying they are Microsoft . When you callback they say it's a non working number. What can be done about this? It's going on for two weeks.

Endless calls about computer damage

Took a couple of seconds for the phone to connect. Said his name was "Jay" and he was from Microsoft Partners. As he was saying that there was something wrong with my computer I told him that I would be filing a complaint and hung up.
