called me at 843pm woke me up! I did not tell them to call me and I do not owe any money to ANYONE. I get collections calls all the time and have had same number 6 yrs

I continue to get calls from FMR 520-290-3741 after my request to be removed from their list. I have them blocked and they continue to call. Before I stopped answering the calls, there was never any response from them. It's just a nuisance in my opinion. FMR needs to stop making these calls. I have no reason to talk to them!

Totally: I agree with you. However, be advised that NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO CALL BEFORE 0900, not 0855, not 0857 nor 0859, but 0900. This is Federal Law. You can then contact the FTC & asked to go after any company that has called you AFTER you have asked them to put your number on their DNC list. You can collect $200.00 for the 1st offence & it goes up after that. Problem is you gotta keep detailed records, such as date & time of call, Company name (IF you can get that out of the caller) AND the DATE YOU asked them to stop calling. I have found that when I threaten a calling company with reporting them to the FTC (& FCC, sometimes, cuz I have a 3rd Class Broadcasting License) that they drop me from their list for at least 6 months, & sometimes permanently. I worked for a Marketing Co. in Sarasota, FL for a while selling Verizon FiOS to Businesses & we had actual phone numbers to call. Not ALL companies use an autodialer, but many do. WE were carefully trained & instructed in the law covering the DNC list & were REQUIRED to pull any number from our lists when the owner asked us to.GGMA x13: Unfortunately, Cell phones are no longer exempt since Summer 2013 or 2014, I forget what year, but there were a number of stories in the News about this when it happened. SOME cell services have an automatic way for you to block nuisance & telemarketer calls. Check with your provider or the manual that came with your phone. good luck.

I didn't answer the call, but they tried over and over to call

People that do not want phone calls do not want phone calls. The idea that these are good people just trying to make are live better is naïve at best. It's a business for profit and people are sick and tired of getting dozens of unwanted calls a day. Get it.

Fed up with the non-stop, one-after-another nuisance calls from this mismanaged wreck of a business. Why does the management at FMR engage in this type of disgusting harassment? It's time for legislation to shut down telephonic consumer abuse outfits like this firm. NUMBER NOW BLOCKED!!!!!

Want to be removed from all call lists including FMR Associates. I receive several calls from them and do not wish to participate in whatever they are doing. How do I get them to stop calling me?

GOT TIRED OF ALL THE SOLICITATION CALLS ESPECIALLY AROUND ELECTION TIME. THIS IS A NEW CALLER FOR US BUT OUR SYSTEM ANNOUNCES EACH CALL AND WE JUST DON'T PICK UP. WE HAVE ALSO NOT CLEARED THE VOICEMAILS AND NO NEW VOICEMAILS CAN BE RECORDED. ITS CHEAPER THAN BUYING THE BLOCKING PACKAGE FROM OUR PHONE COMPANY.
