Unfortunately, survey companies and political calls are exempt from the do not call list.

Do not answer the phone, but keep a log of the dates and times they call, then call your state's Attorney General's office give them the info with their number. Most states will stop it, and if it continues they will be fined and/or prosecuted.

Thank you Sadhu. I see that you wrote the number for them in your post back in 2011. They still call in on 520-290-3741. The name used was Eastman Radio, and research was clearly stated. Yes, I was very annoyed. The good news is that 520-886-5548 is still their main company in Tuscan, AZ. They answered immediately, apologized and said the numbers were computer generated for ALL of their research companies. All you need to do is give them the phone number, and there will be no more calls from them. No other information is taken. They are not subject to the "donotcall".I am willing to say I will not be hearing from them again!

Me too. It's not even a real number. What is the point of there calling. It calls ever dingle night. And there's Noone there. Drives me nuts. Have you had any luck making it stop.

i received a call from this number several times, i pick up the phone and no one answers, finally i did some research and found out the company is fmr associates, got there phone number and called and said im doing a survay to see how many people they call a day and if they get calls in the evening to with no one at the other end, so they said they will take me off the listso if any one wants to call and do a survay here is the # (520) 886-5548please call often

I put a block on each and every number they call me on. When that number calls back, it rings once on my phone and then continuously rings on their end until they hang up. They can't even leave me a message. And, yes, I've had several colleges calling me from as many as 5 different phone numbers (volunteers, I presume!) and I just block each of them. Eventually, they give up!

Calls every night same time. Dead silence. Never anyone on the line. Completely fed up. Called the number back and it doesn't even ring dead silence.

Why don't they arrest these idiots for bribing congress to give them an exemption?
