ID is listed as FMR - seriously? States BBC survey and wants you to press the buttons to respond - pressing zero repeatedly just seems to annoy them and they hang up.

I usually just avoid calls that I don't know, but this place kept calling and calling so finally I answered it at 8:30 PM. Then a woman just started laughing when I said hello. So I hung up. My advice is block their calls or call their company to have your number removed

We get this call, evetyday! We have caller ID - thetop of the screen says FMR - so sick of it! Como said he was going to take care of spam robo calls HAH right liar!

Angry you bet, and absolutely with reason. We get calls from scam survey groups, actual survey groups, and scammers everyday. Before started blocking numbers was getting an average of 12 calls a day. I don't want ANY survey group, charity, political cause etc calling us. 98% of unknown calls are scams pretending to be surveys or charities. I HATE HATE HATE survey calls,

Sorry, but if I answered all the unsolicited phone calls I received to ask to be taken off a call list I would be on the phone all day. There is still the United States mail. Send that stuff along with the rest of the junk mail. Then I can walk it to the recycling bin where it belongs.

If you can get a street location on some of these callers, you can report them to your state attorney general and they will be able to go after them. That is the trick though and most of the scammers that make these calls know that unfortunately. I have been able to get rid of harrassing calls from Direct TV and some lawyer years back...I think he was back east...both related to a bogus billing from Direct TV. I will never ever subscribe to their service ever again. They are horrible. The day is coming when I will be dropping Cable from Comcast as well and only do internet...as pretty much everything is available online these days...who needs expensive cable TV or to be stuck in a 2 year agreement?

Uh, to the people who claim that you can get off this number's call list - what universe are you from? Have NEVER ever been able to get off any list that I end up on (except by speaking total nonsense into the phone OR giving out false information). Have had thousands of unwanted calls, they are endless. Gee and if this is an Arizona number, then how come the caller had a southern accent? Many of our calls lately, have been spoofed numbers - and yep, if I DO answer the phone, the person calling is full of time wasting lies.
