I receive a bunch of Fax calls to me from this number. I forwarded it to my Fax machine and in comes a "delivery Charge Request" apparently from UPS. I wish they removed me from their list since this is a PHONE NUMBER!!!

This is a scam. I did have a package that was supposed to be delivered from UPS a couple of weeks ago and the package was routed from the state I live in to another state and back however the phone number this number called me on is not a number I gave them when I called about my package. They called another number I have that was not even associated with my package. How did they get that number? Keep in mind the number they called is not listed under my name as it is a Federal Government phone number.

Got this call stating from ups. That's great...but I've already fixed my issue through the company I ordered the package from. I don't understand why ups is calling me. It's between the company and ups now...it's not like I'm telling them anything anyway.

I also got this number on caller ID, but I do have a package missing from UPS. They didn't leave a message though, like any respectable business would do, so it makes me wonder.

As many, many people have testified to on this thread, this is a legitimate number (though it can be spoofed by scammers, as I mentioned previously). In future, kindly provide first-hand information or research about a number instead of just your "common sense". I have communicated with the UPS customer service department and this phone number several times before. They will only deal with senders of packages (who give them information about the package such as what is inside, as the seller for my lost item last week explained to me), and this number is their customer service department calling to see if you received it so that they can close their claim.Here's some actual common sense: If you have dealings with a company that calls you and provides detailed information specific to your issue, you don't "deserve to be taken" by confirming the call. Whereas any requests for personal information, either from a company you deal with or not, necessitate caution.

520-806-6666- is UPS. I reported a lost package and they called me to confirm my report.

Received a call from 520-806-6666 caller id was united parcel service....they keep calling and leaving messages. Finally answered in hopes they would quit calling. Guy identified himself as Joe and asked if this was my address and phone, which the address was incorrect. He apologized and hung up. One week later I get another call from 515-263-7502 from caller id united parcel service by the name of Jen requesting that she speak to me "imperatively". When I tried to return both of these numbers I get 'NON-WORKING' number messages. I use to work closely with delivery companies and can assure you that these tactics are FRAUDULENT in nature.....do not answer any personal information to these numbers as they are posing as UPS and attempting to gather personal information about you. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPS. Support center for lost/damaged packages. Legit call! I had a lost medication delivery and they called within minutes of it being reported.
