I got this call after registering at zillow.com hmmm.

Have gotten several calls in the past few days from this number. Last night it went to voice mail and ran for at least five minutes!! Sounded like a young couple just talking about their day.

I simply emailed the company ('research@princetondatasource.com') and ask them how I get on their do-not-call list. They asked me to send them my phone number and later replied with confirmation that I was removed from their current calling list and placed on their do-not-call list.

What would happen if we just answer the phone and take their survey? Will they call back for another survey? Probably. Guess it doesn't matter if you are on the Do Not Call list since it isn't a telemarketer. Guess it doesn't matter if our phone number is unlisted. That is what pisses me off the most. I want to know how they got the number and I don't think they randomly dial it. Anyway....these people need to leave us alone if we say we are not interested. If they keep bugging me guess I will either have to cuss or speak a foreign language.

I don't know about all of that, but I'll take your word for it, since you say you have done this for a period of time. I was called on Sunday night at 9;45 pm. I was tired. The female rep sounded pretty pathetic reading her script, but it sounded innocent enough to participate. She told me this was a survey of cell phone usage. After her intro and collection of general stats, she launched into a questionnaire of today's political debates and how knowledgeable I was on particular topics. It seemed okay, but I later perceived a particular leaning to the way the line of questioning was going. At a certain point, I didn't feel like answering any more questions, and hung up on her. She tried to call back, but I did not answer. A couple of thing, what did political questioning have to do with cell phone usage? She did not tell me how long this survey would take. I felt the call was misleading. If I am called again, I will use your advice. Thank you for the post.

540-898-8818 called me 4 times yesterday and once today so far. Didn't leave any messages. I am on the do not call list.
