Just call the number back and dial extension 3010 It routes to Samantha, their Director of Operations cell phone. Call on a Sunday night like they always do to us.
every day for the past year i have been geting calls from them i dont anser and they still call every day 2 times a day
I love your response to their annoying phone calls. I am so going to try it. Next time they call I'm going into retard mode.
Called for the second time knowing they are calling me on my cell phone to take a 5 minute survey. For the second time I told them I am not interested. The insisted it was "really important". I gave them 2 more "I am not interested" responses and hung up.
It is always a good idea to read the entire thread before posting."I'm on the do not call list". We know. You are. Survey-takers aren't covered by that.Anyway, I've also received several calls from them. I just ignore it. Not worth it to answer and say anything bad or be mean. It's not worth my time to hurt their feelings. They're just trying to make a buck and feed their family.
I got calls back to back 3 times in a row around 7 p.m. this evening. I immediately googled the number and found this site. They should be hung up by their small hairs and beaten.
Sorry, but any company, survey or not, that calls multiple times a day is harassing the person on the receiving end of the call. I don't have to be polite to anyone who harasses me. They will go on my blocked call list. If a survey is legitimate and helpful in some way, repeated calling is not how to get people to participate. They need to leave a proper message if there is a voice mail or machine, and request the party called to call back if they want to take the survey. There should be a VERY brief explanation of what the survey is about in terms a lay person can understand.Trying to coerce someone into doing the survey smacks of SCAM. In this day and age, phone solicitation is not the way to accomplish anything. I am more apt to respond to a mail survey that I can check out before I decide, rather than a cold call from someone who could be trying to scam me.
