It IS an interesting business idea. :) I wonder what they charge the non-profits they work with, and how good the return is on their investment. Just curious. And for those of you still freaking out -- like another person strongly recommended - read the posts here!

We're on national 'Do Not Call' list. We've gotten this call almost nightly for a week or two and have not answered. Although we're Audubon members and have donated to public radio and other organizations, we have never been a donating member to any zoo.

Got a call on my work phone from this number - didn't answer it, but my message light came on right after they called. There was no message left - but you could hear a call center in the background.

I've gotten 2 calls a day from this number for the past week and a half or so while I've been at work. They never leave a message and I have not answered yet. Dunno what the deal is.

I've been getting calls from this number, a few other numbers originating in Oregon, several "Unknown" calls, and apparently overseas calls with the caller ID as +0000000000. The Oregon calls have varied from hang-ups to just today hearing, "I have a call for you, please hold" and then the sound of someone breathing as though waiting on the phone while driving. In my line of work these calls are disturbing. My numbers are all on the National Do Not Call list. I don't know what to do about the +000000000 call. The caller has a south Asian accent and insists that my computer is in trouble. I don't pick up these calls and they have about stopped. If there's any news about Oregon nuisance calls, I'd appreciate knowing more. But more so, how to block them.

I have received calls from them for about a week. They never leave a message and I never pick up. They have called 6 times today. I had enough and went to Comnet's Web site to remove my number. It better work. My number is unlisted. Not sure how they got my number.

Repeated hang-up calls from this number. If no data shows about caller on Caller ID, I rarely answer; wait for message. This number never leaves one, so I've never returned the calls.

This number is legitimate. I got a call from them asking me to renew my NCTM membership. I contacted NCTM to check it out and they said that the use Comnet to make calls to their members asking them to renew their membership.

I received a call from them and answered as they had called before and I wanted to find out who they were. It was a company asking me to renew a membership from an association that I had belonged to and hadn't had a chance to renew with.Hope this helps.
