We got the same thing and I couln't find the number on the internet. I flat out don't trust anyone who doesn't even leave a message and you can't find out who they are w/o resorting to the internet.
I get a call almost daily from this number. If you pick up, they never answer so my best guess is that they are using an auto-dialer (contraption from hell).One of the biggest loop-holes in the Do Not Call registries is that it exempts non-profits.
I have been getting calls from this # for WEEKS now. I finally answered it, and it as a representative from the LA zoo asking if I want to renew my membership! Weird!
They actually could not have been nicer. They were calling on behalf of SHRM (an HR organization) in my case. I let my memebership lapse, and they were attempting to get me back. Call 877.581.2565, and they will look up who they are marketing on the behalf of, and they will remove you from their list if you wish.

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.
