I have gotten a couple of calls and they don't leave a message but when I call the number I get a recording form comnet. I found Comnet telemarketing on the web and they have a link to get you number removed from the list with the following message "We work exclusively with Non-Profit organizations, which include some of your favorite public radio and television stations, zoos, museums, professional associations and charitable organizations.Please fill out the following form to be removed from our calling lists."So I put my name and number on the list and am hoping for no more calls.

I've been getting calls from this Medford,Or # nearly every evening around 7:20 on my cell phone. I never answer calls I don't recognize. They never leave a message, so I finally googled it. It is sooo annoying! I am a sustaining member of my local Public radio station. I would be very dissapointed to learn that they employ these people, I will try the suggestions above. Thanx to everyone for info.

They left a message this time...something about supporting Don Hendricks as Jackson County Commissioner.

Recieived call from this number around noon on my cell phone. I heard a female voice say a few words and then the line was disconnected. Total connect time: 5 seconds.

This number calls two or three times a day and never leaves a message.

Someone has called me for two days straight, two times a day from this number without any message. I have no idea who they are or how they got my number, but I am not involved in any animal charities...

This company calls on behalf of membership organizations and non profit businesses. When you give a phone number to go on your membership or donation the company or organization logs that number as your contact number. When your membership is almost expired, expired, or there is another drive to raise money, the company gives a list to Comnet Marketing Group (an outsourced company) to make the calls for them. You cannot get mad at a company calling the number you provided as a contact number. Comnet does not leave messages when they call, they will call until they speak with you or until the campaign ends and only some campaigns do voicemails at the end. Even if your number is on the national do not call registry, Comnet can still call you if you provided a number to a company with a membership or donation. You simply have to tell the caller that you do not want to donate again or that you are not going to renew and to place you on the do not call list. They are people simply trying to do their job and make a living just as you are.

I've gotten this call twice now, not answering it but it would be nice if there was a proper way to deal with it

They just went international. I received a call while i'm in Jordan three days consecutively at the same time which is about 7:30 EST
