Calls at random times throughout the day. First time was about 1 year ago. It just started happening again. I save strange numbers to a "Do Not Answer" contact name in my cell phone --- With no ringer and as a photo a STOP sign pops up. It helps and I don't --- Answer. :) But curiosity got me on this one so I did the search and here I am.I've never been to LA or the LA Zoo for that matter. Philadelphia Zoo many times and my membership expired there in October, so timing wise, it would make sense.

The phone rang three times and stopped. No message was left. Three calls and a hang up is a signal to us that the call is a robocall. We don't answer calls from unknown sources. It's still a nuisance to get the calls. Our phone announces the name of the caller, and all of our known callers have a special ring. That helps. Caller ID us well worth the price. That's especially true in an election year. Oh for the return of true privacy.

I continue to receive calls from 541 864 1492 please block this number from contacting me.

OM-Goodness. This # 541-864-1492 is a pain. They just keep calling & calling & calling. I finally decided to answer and see who it was and nothing. Just pure silence. Never a message left or anything said once I pick up. I guess there is a new thing called "phone-stalkers" that enjoy bugging the hell out of folks for no apparent reason. Do they really get off on this? Poor [***]! Get a life!

I keep receiving calls from the number 1(541) 864-1492 letting me know my membership to Emergency Nurses Association has expired. I have received 34 calls in the past month. My plan is to call the Emergency Nurses Association and tell them I am not interested in their membership and because of their harrassing tactics I will never join again. I am also going to tell all of my nursing friends about their tactics. I have been a nurse for 22 years and I have many nursing friends.

I think you're right about the LA Zoo thing or even the Aquarium of the Pacific. I don't know. But this number is from Oregon if I'm not mistaken. These things BUGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. Hopefully the phone companies learn how to manage these annoying things better. Anyhow good luck with your headahces and wish me luck with mine!

this number call me daily and i dont answer i did 1 time but no answer. it ia annoying but oh well dont answer anymore if they call...

Thanks, I to am a LA zoo member. But i think i will not renew because of this.
