I got the same international call yesterday(3/27)in Milwaukee. It was just a babbling pre-recorded message (I think?)since it didn't wait for me to say hello... is this how they track cell numbers? Is it possible?spanish speaking or not, if this wasn't a recorded message, I'm sure they understood f**k you!sorry - me bad.

I just got a call from this number, no voicemail was left. I am in Indiana. First time this number ever called....they called my cell.

It's not Oregon! There is an international code to the phone number... it reads +54 1 969 9876I feel sorry for the recipient in Oregon.

just recieved @ 7:51pm march 26th,2008. unknown. spanish of the bat, I hung up. Trying to find out what this is about. Mine is a company cell phone and non listed for public.???

I looked up this number on Google and came across this site. (They just called me but didn't leave a message.) From the way the number displays on my phone log, I don't think it's a 541 area code but rather a 54 country code -- Argentina.

Yeah I got a call last night too... When I called them back this morning a recording said that the phone number was no longer active and thanked me for calling UNICELL?!

541-969-9876 called my cell in Indianapolis 8 PM on 26 March 08. I got to the phone too late, so didn't hear anything. Call back resulted in a busy signal.

i recieved a call from this number today. didn't answer, but i looked up the area code (it came up as an international call) and the area code says Argentina, which maybe why it is in spanish? so strange.

Just got a call on my cell phone of a person speaking Spanish and lots of static in the background. I hung up immediately and Googled the number and here I am. Pretty strange.
