Same deal. Got a call on my cell in a foreign language. As I live in LA, I thought it might be some idiot from Berkley, but the area code was in Oregon.
Received the call I have a spanish translator that sits next to me ant my office, she tried to understand and the were asking for something, then hung up when i called it back it sayed "you are placing an international call to Mexico so I hung up! 3/26/2008 2:31pm

I just got this call a few minutes ago, and some kind of recorded message in Spanish only.I called back and it did not say that it was disconnected, but that all circuits were busy. No idea - I don't speak Spanish and I know NO one in Oregon, and I live in the Midwest

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
