I'm in Wisconsin. My husband and I have consecutive cell phone #'s and both received calls, one right after the other.Same thing, Spanish...no reply when the phone was answered.

I got a call just now from this Oregon number as well, and I live in Montreal. I didn't recognize the number, but Montreal's area code is 514 so I must have misread the numbers in a rush and assumed it was a Montreal area number. I have no idea what they the woman was saying in Spanish, but it sounded like a recorded message.

I received a call this evening from 541-969-9876. It's one of several on my little pay-by-the-minute cell phone that I didn't answer. I don't know anyone in that area code either.Other numbers that tried to call me are 812-526-8323, 312-604-7184, 317-298-9876. (Coincidence? The last four digits from the 317 area code are the same as the one from Oregon.)

Received same call on my AT&T cell. I'm in Raleigh, NC.

I recieved the same call at 8:55 pm 3/26/08 didn't answer because I did not know who they were. I am also living in Indy. But I also received the another call from 317-298-9876 just like the Indy Dude. They called twice this week but I never answered. This is messed up....

I just got this call too! how strange. I'm in Wisconsin. i tried to call back and it said it was an international number.

My cell phone rang at 5:09pm indiana time and my husbands rang at 6:48pm with this same number. Both phones were turned down, so we missed the calls and no message was left. We also have AT&T and live in Indy. I didn't think much about it until the same # called my husbands phone as well.

Rec'd a call from this number March 26th at 8:40PM (CDT).Did not answer & they left no message. After reading these posts, I won't call back.

She said "Remove your children from your house immediately!". Scary!

Got a call from this number at 9:52 PM EST - I'm in New Haven.
