El señor Dalma (certificado por la procuraduria social), es insufrible, te la maneja que él es toda comunicación y oidos. Cero claro. Le cuesta organizarse en el tiempo -incumple-, eso sí, enormes son las carpetas que carga para aquí y allá, que palidecen con lo escuetos de sus reportes de gastos. En sus administraciones se percibe desdén, caos del cual él se aprovecha dejando pasar el tiempo, proponiendo mejoras cómodas, mientras deja de lado las necesarias e importantes -- de los cobros de honorarios de adm, siempre va al día y sobre su actuar como administrador, se escuda en escritos propios donde justifica su supuesto intento de acción, para volver a caer en la misma miseria (no resuelve y el tiempo pasa...).
Se renta como supuesto Administrador profesional de Condominios, con registro de PROSOC. Mal administrador. Engaña. Deja pasar el tiempo sin resolver. Muy a modo para comités paleros. Simula que administra y se cobra por adelantado, no cobra cuotas a morosos, resuelve poco, se excusa mucho y sólo se dedica a resolver lo sencillo (eso sí, vende todo tipo de servicios de mtto o videovigilancia, para aumentar su facturación). Se apellida / llama Dalma.
