That was mentioned as "spoofing" caller I.D. with an obviously bogus phone number. The webpage can no longer be displayed. Does anyone know how these fake numbers can be made to show up on Caller I.D. by the caller? I have had calls from this so-called number several times....Thanks.
I have gotten this particular number so many times in past 2 weeks, it is simply incredible.They REALLY NEED TO MAKE SPOOFING ILLEGAL...PERIOD.This last time, I said hello, no answer, but JUST IN CASE someone was there, I simply told them to GO AWAY.

Just recieved a call from this number. The lady actually did ask for my husband by name. Looks like the phone companies could do something to stop this crap!
yes, i also got two calls in the range of 7 - 8 pm eastern time. i didn't say anything and the message didn't either; same read out on the phone screen, "unavailable" it said. maybe they'll be ruined by becoming 'teabaggers' or something like that, --useless, like republicans, no? !!
I have received numerous calls from this number during all times of the day. No one ever talks and never leaves a message.
My caller ID showed up as this number when I was expecting a call back from the Doctor. It was a return call and a nurse, not the doctor. OUr hospital has a front line nurse line who refers people to the emergency room if needed, or schedules an appt with the Dr is it is more appropriate. I think this number is just a generic blank

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
