A man calling himself 'Jack' called me from this number and said that our household qualified for a free dish upgrade. I asked what 'dish' he was talking about and he said our satellite dish. We don't even have a satellite dish so I asked him how that was possible. He went quiet for a second and then I heard a little child in the background. Then the call ended. Very strange

I am from Ontario, Canada and I get a call from this number about 6 times a day. I never answer it and it only rings about 4 times then quits. Very annoying.

I could tell it was a fake number so I picked up the receiver and hung it back up. The name under the number was "Ron."

The call came in around 7-6-09 about 11:15 am The voice mail message left for me was a recording "offering quotes from over 100 life insurance carriers" My phone number is on the "Do Not Call" list, however, this recording is probably a loop-hole to the rules because it gives the recepient the option to press 1 to connect to a representative or 8 to be removed from their calling list.

Do you mean someone wanting to crank call and harass you can trick you caller ID into showing the 555 555 55555 number instead of the number they are calling from?

Debt collector for a debt I don't owe for UPS - they left an automated message - obviously a fly by night way for idiots to dial you thinking you will pick up.
