It is Office Depot. We do online ordering for work. We hav told this person several times we DO NOT need an account rep and to please stop calling. He keeps calling. Now we tell him we don't use OD anymore, we use Staples...he still calls.
This number calls every morning as a fax. Calls a number of times. Rings twice and hangs up.
They call me every month because I once ordered supplies from them to deliver to my home office. The shipping charges were outrageous so I decided to not use them again. I have asked them 3 times when they've called to NOT call me again, and they still do. When I asked last month they said I'd have to speak to a supervisor - which I did 2 months prior to stop the calls. Today they called again, and did not leave a message. What will it take to get them to stop?I work for a large 35,000 person company. Perhaps I should lobby to terminate our entire account? Maybe THAT would get their attention to improve customer service?

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
