Called my cell twice within in mins, no vmail left, blocked number!

Called on my company cell phone. Hung up immediately when I answered. Most likely a robocall. I now have that number blocked.

Called my phone twice within 5 minutes. Left no message. Blocking now.

Hung up when I answer it.

Live people answer all call backs. Tracking software is available to these idiots, whats the delay?

This number appeared twice on my phone log around noon, while I was at work. I don't normally have my phone with me during work and only find out about calls at breaks, and I often wait to the end of the day. I tried calling them back as they left no message, but I got hold music and the occasional recording claiming their "call volume are unusually high" (in English, I note a lot of people get solicitations in Spanish instead) then after precisely 10 minutes and one second, hung up on me. The message says wait times are more than 10 minutes. Various other "reverse phone number" searches agree the line is owned by MCI Worldcomm, but I can't prove that myself of course, it is only the say so of other people on the Internet after all but I think it is significant two different sources agree, and it seems likely to me. I am glad I switched to an unlimited voice minutes plan since they have wasted something like 15-20 minutes of my time. As far as I know I have no business with MCI, AT&T is my carrier. My phone has a northern California area code though I now live in northern Nevada. I'm glad I didn't have my phone in work and have to deal with them during my work time. My phone log shows both the calls they made around 12:40 PM Pacific time lasted just exactly 12 seconds. They left no message at all.
