WHY DOESN'T KAISER USE CALLER ID SO I CAN TELL WHO IS CALLING ME!!!!!!!I will not pick up when there is no ID and after they hang up without a message, I block their phone number. I am tired of a multi-billion dollar foundation not doing what is a normal business practice.
CF (562) 401-5940 KAISER PERMANENTE - kaiser robo call wanted my MR# ! did not return callI'd suggest they leave a message on your personal record message site - they usually do have a specific notification of Rx being mailed - usually the same day it actually arrived. But you's have to be pretty clueless to give out your medical record number to an unknown robo caller.
4/1/2015 - Another call from 562-401-5940 to call 866-352-4737 for a message from Kaiser. Since they've been doing this since at least 2009 I bet they're not about to stop and Do Not Call would not pertain. Inability to return the call might indicate a medical problem - but clearly they don't care! (It's still better than it was 30 years ago - from the patient's perspective.)

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
