Kaiser pharmacy call center number. It will call you to let you know a prescription was mailed to you so you know to expect it. Got the call the day after it arrived in the mail.
me again... I called the number and entered my MRN when asked, plus my yr of birth to confirm it was really me, then I was put into a mailbox set up for me and picked up the message that my rx had been mailed to me.

Kaiser automated system called my company twice leaving a message for Caroline Mason with member ID ending in 001 based in southern California to call back at 866 352 4737. Caroline: Correct your day time number woman.Kaiser: You need to stop being cheap and hire a live operator on that call back number.
Yah, unfortunately if a phone number is not updated in the system, the message can go out to the wrong person. If you get a message from Kaiser and don't belong to Kaiser, call member services, give them your number and they can add you to a "do not call list" specifically for their automated messages. This should prevent future messages.The reason they don't hire a live person is that they send these messages dozens of times per day to tens of thousands of people and would have to hire a lot of live people to cover that volume. That kind of cost, I don't think the members would appreciate being passed to their bill. ;)
