Got two calls on cell tonight; no message, nothing. I called the number and was told it's a non-working number for Kaiser. Long story short, you can file a complaint at 800-464-4000, which is customer service for Kaiser. They tried to tell me someone must have given them the number "by mistake," but given the number of complaints on this forum, my guess is it's systemic. Call and make them block your number.

I got a message from Kaiser Permanente. Telling me that I need lab tests.. Well I do not belong to Kaiser, nor do I have lab tests scheduled. Sounds totally bogus to me..

If it's your cell phone you should be able to block the number. Contact your carrier

This is Kaiser's mail order pharmacy letting yoiu know you have a prescription being mailed or there is a problem. Calling for a pizza order sounds like the person above needs their eyes checked.

I am receiving calls for someone I don't know at my cell number. I was with you on being patient and kind until I TRIED to call them back, because the recording names a specific patient. (If it is important information, I want someone to know they have the wrong number.) Unfortunately, the system is not designed for me to get to a human to explain this. There is no way to opt out of the automation to get this fixed. This is not only poor design, it's illegal. So rather than a quick call to Kaiser to let them know there's been an oops in their records, I will either have to block the call on my phone (dangerous, if I ever become a Kaiser member in future; although those chances seem pretty low) OR I will have to contact the Federal Communications Commission, whose rules are being violated by the repeat calls to my number. That's a waste of my time and taxpayers money. #kaiserfail

So let me get this straight, Kaiser doesn't verify records or data on a regular basis. And so this is who's fault. Records or charts are only as good as the data that is entered into them. So if data is incorrect, Kaiser blames the patient because they never make mistakes as per kaiseremployee. Well, they are making a whole lot of them!!! Have you read all the complaints on just this site alone!! Anyone want treatment or medication from Kaiser or some unneeded surgery or procedure. Better get a second and third opinion if you have Kaiser! Oh and by the way this number is a fake!
