Automated message from Kaiser Permanente advising of a prescription having been mailed out.
Kaiser cannot continue to do this kind of robo-calling. What they need to do to reduce the possibility of scammers using a spoofed number is to provide call back password authentication. You call the number given and it asks for your PIN. Scammers will not have the right PIN to connect to Kaiser. I admit it's a workaround, but it's fairly cheap to start and does not require the "Do Nothing" congress to approve.
Kaiser told me this is NOT kaiser, and. Do not give or enter your medical record number.
Received a call from this number 2 days in a row asking that I call back and give my MRN that I have a message... Message repeated over and over and over... finally just hit the stop button on my phone...I am not expecting any message whatsoever from Kaiser at this time and wish this to stop!
