it is a debt collector and they are legit. It's USCB.. A credit bureau. They provided all the info about my debt to an online "fake college" debt. They can destroy your credit!

I don't owe any money to anyone but they still call me several times a day so maybe you should think before posting on the internet.

I get automated calls from them, but have no outstanding debts. The Do Not Call Registry doesn't work either. We got a Panasonic phone (no I don't work for the company), model KX-TGA401. You can get them at Wal-Mart (I don't work for them either). This phone has a "block list" feature. You save the USCB number to the blocked list, and it will ring once, but not go through. MUCH better than dealing with them over and over again!

There is a big market is selling uncollected debts. They search phone books to get a number of someone with the same or similar name in order to jack up the price by having more complete information.

Lawyers are legit yet they steal everyday,have you ever read stories of the poor unsuspecting elderly in this country that get calls like this everyday and are even threatened to pay for something they do not owe on? Most of these companies are calling anyways for scam contracts that mostly elderly people were duped into committing to.Doesnt our government have the biggest debt of all? These companies should be calling them.

Calls a business extension and a recorded message with a very British accent requests someone who is not (and has never) been at this number or our company.

Someone from this number calls all the time. Make them stop.

Every single day I get this call, but why do they hang up? I didn't know who they were until today (after reading posts). I agree with Tater. They should ask for the person they're looking for. I'm not spending my cell minutes on hang ups.
