keeps calling and never leaves VM

Now the People have mention something have to do with school, im thinking it may be Standford school or something. i got a letter saying i own this much and i havent done the school in a long time, which i should have cancel it a long time ago. How ever im thinking these people are the ones calling me, there annoying i fugure they would leave a message but not, there annoying,. Wish they would stop calling!!!

I get a call from this # on my cell, when I click answer, the call ends.

USCB calls my cellphone almost daily, lets it ring for 2 seconds and hangs up before I can answer. Not too frustrating--except it happens at 5:30 in the morning (we're on Hawaiian time). Today we called our cellphone carrier and had them block calls from that number--hoping it works.

They keep calling my cell phone but dont even give me a chance to pick up, they stop calling after two rings.

calls haungs up when answered when called back they wanted phone # stating that they had paperwork for my daughter ?'d what type was advsd to give my daughter a message and have her call when ?'d what time of company that USCB was, was told that is just our name since they cud not give me any information i advsd that i would not give my daughter the message and i hung up on them

Yeah I went to this school and did the whole Medical Claims Specialist program. I got to the end and wanted to receive their "job assistance" or "job placement". What a joke! I was told to contact this one person so she finally calls me back and tells me to read some booklet they sent me and that would have all the answers. Every answer to one of my questions was "Well, if you just read the booklet that will tell you." I was like seriously?? So I cancelled my payment this school is a complete joke! Oh and to top it off they told me that I didn't even need certification to work in this field..if that is true (which I don't think it is) then why the hell would I pay $1500
