I received a call from this number like an hour ago. I didn't answer because I didn't recognized it. Yesterday. I received another strange call from a private number, and obviously, I didn't answer it either.
Just got a call now @ 10:56 pm. After the legal hours for telemarketing if that is what they are doing.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
