Calls all hours of the day too I googled it got the same thing glad its just not me fed up
Received call on cell phone - rang once on my end and was gone and shows as missed call. Phone shows from Missouri. Not going to waste my time calling - especially after seeing other posts. Thanks!
I have gotten a couple of calls. When I call back it says it's Las Vegas Roulette and my balance is $1000. The number has been added to the Reject list.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
