called my cell, it rang twice, caller apparently hung up.i waited a while, edited number (prepended *67 to block my id), called and got a recording about sumkinda "Vegas Roulette blah blah..."i suspect they may be rotary-dialing to (a) determine valid numbers for other, later purposes, or (b) looking for live persons (elderly?) on landlines to effect sumkinda fraud.
Rang about twice. I don't ever answer these types of calls. It's proved to be a good strategy. I'd still like to know how they got my very, very private cellphone number.
i listened further and ultimately an option was 4=operator but pressing this only returned me to same bs menu.
573-764-2872 just called (3/18/2015 at 2:10 p.m. CDT). It rang once and then nothing. It didn't even ring long enough for YouMail to capture the number in their system. I'm manually adding this number to my YouMail ditched list.
Just had the same call...rang 2 times and hung up...I call back from my work phone any some machine said"Your balance is $1000".This is scam.
Don't call them back!!How many folks had this happen after:1) Using the craigslist phone verify process or2) Downloading or playing a game?Trying to find a connection.Maybe th media will do one of those investigative shorts on this!?
Everyday calls from this number telling me I'm a winner of $1,000dlls. I call back to ask remove my number from the calling list but I can not talk with any agent.. It drive me nut, everyday two or three calls per day the past two weeks.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
