Just had a call from this number, male with very thick East Indian accent kept saying hello, then asked for someone not living here, when I said sorry wrong number and went to hang up on him he said something about windows and a pc at this phone number being infected.
My mother got call from this number and was being called swear words Also something about being a govt call.
No answer when said hello twice. Really annoyed by these types of calls several times a day.Please be aware of a new scam where they get you to say "yes" and record your voice then splice and use it to confirm your order so they can send you a bill. They already have your name and address from most phone listings for landlines. Too many scammers these days.
They phoned me at 8:30 A.M and when I picked up the phone Nobody was there. Why would they want to phone Canada? I then wondered if the were the people calling to ask "Can you hear me?" to trick me into saying "Yes". They're not going to bother me any more because they automatically went to the Call Block.There needs to be a stricter rule for these so called "Companies".
