called me mar 22 - said hello - it answered in an automated voice saying something about debt consolidation - i hung up
Ok the thing just called me...i search online to find out about it... My brothers phone rings 10 min later after reading comments. SAME DANG NUMBER... I never answered and he did. Obviously no one answered when he picked it up. But thats rediculas that this crap goes on. Where did my number get picked from? And who sold the [***] with out my concent!
Just got a call on my husband's cell phone. We live in South-western Ontario. Any ideas to block? It seems like all we get now are these damn "long distance" calls that are so obviously telemarketers/scammers!
Missed a call from this # at 8:30pm PST last night. My new rule of thumb for unrecognizable, unknown numbers is: - Never, ever call them back- if it's someone who knows you, they'll either leave a message, call back or email etc. - If I discover it here as either something scam-like or even a company trying to sell me sh*t (my own bank does this! (BMO be warned!) - I save it to my phone under the name "IGNORE"
