is they are bad never again will I ever go though them,,,yes if you are I minute late lord help you these people are like predators I hate they way they do things some of the stuff I know hast to be iiiegal .only thing I can say is never borrow from this bank they will not work with you they talk down to you....

My payments are up to date and they call constantly asking when I will be making my next payment. My next payment is not due for 2 weeks! And different people will call all day long asking the same question. I will never take out an auto loan with them and will encourage anyone that I know not to either!

They actually called my ederly mother and told them something had happened to me because they couldn't get ahold of me. She was terified thought I had been in an accident.

Chase is HORRIBLE!!!! They call 5x a day, starting at 8am. Monday-Sunday. No msg given. They end at 9pm at night. I have their numbers (and there are multiple ones they use) on auto reject. Goes straight to VM. Never hear the [***] calling thank god. Yes...even if you call and tell them when you make payment.....they still call 5x a day!!! Every day.

I have had bad experiences with Chase Bank from the get go. Paid the first payment on time and they still called the next day. Their online website is a joke, the phone center is a joke, and even the branches are a joke. The online center makes 10 bucks off of you, paying by phone makes 10 bucks off you and talking to the branch associates make you wish you had paid the 10 bucks. Would never do business with them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

They are relentless and have no sympathy for any situation. They call my cell/ boyfriend/ work at least 5 times a day. Even though EVERY time I take to them and have the payment arrangements made. HORRIBLE customer service.

My husband and myself are both on the auto loan and we both get several calls a day, it is the law that if you tell them not to call your place of employment they are supposed to stop !!! BUT they dont and again like the other unsatisfied chase customers i will never do business with them again !!! i have been at the most a week late and they have told me that the were considering repossesion, is this possible ???
