I do the same. Chase calls from Phoenix, Florida, and Texas. Within one day they are calling which pizzes me off big time. So I too wait for the full 10 days. Ef them.

I paid 18 months in advance, and on the 19th month I was a day late and Chase started calling 3 times a day every day until I paid. The way things are today, especially with the new obamaconomy, it's better to pay cash or just keep what you have..... Screw the banks, they took our tax dollars for the bail out and still cause us grief.

I receive up to 5 calls a day every day as well. I called the ef faces to complain & they told me I was being recorded. I then explained to them since I live in AZ I can record the phone call as well legally, and was in fact doing so. They immediately disconnected the line.

Called 17 times 1 day late, payment has been mailed.

5 calls in an hour....payment was made on time, and car was turned in last week. I don't even HAVE chase anymore. Their collection, or should I say "harrassment" policies are ridiculous. I have also been one day late and had 20 calls a day.....Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays...they just don't give it a rest. My advice? STAY AWAY from Chase Auto Finance....the name says it all...CHASE.

Received 29 missed calls in one hour. Back to back calling. Payment is due today for my car loan. I have never been late on my car loan ever since 2007 when I got it. All of my payments have been made in cash, in a branch the day they are due unless it falls on a weekend in which its paid prior. Answered the 30th call to be greeted by a recording saying "this is an important call from chase. Please hold." the some rude guy answers who miss pronounces my name anyway to tell me that my payment is due today. I said "I know I am going to make the payment when I get off work." he then tells me that's not good enough and my payment should have been made this morning when the branch first opened. Then he asked me what bank I bank with and I said chase and he asked if he could have permission to look in my account to make sure I wasn't lying to him... Of course I said no and hung up. Just to be called back 15 times back to back by and "unknown" number and he left a message on my voicemail saying if they didn't get my payment by 5pm they will repo my car... I am officially moving my money and anything from Chase. This is ridiciouls!!

It's Chase Auto Finance. BTW, they call it CHASE, because that's what they'll do to you if your even 5 minutes late!!!

I use the incessant barrage of phone calls that begins 5 seconds after my auto loan payment is due as a reminder to pay, since they seem to have stopped sending me actual bills.

This company calls constantly almost 24/7. Even after you make arrangements with them, they still don't stop calling. This is harrasment.
