My husband was called at his office. At that time, he was contracted out to one of their clients. The receptionist passed the call to the client's office. The Chase representative proceeded to speak with the client about our account. Needless to say, my husband's employer was very unhappy about it. When I tried to call Chase to talk to them about it, I couldn't get past the 'gate keepers from hell'. They report I can't speak with anyone else. One gal actually said I couldn't because she 'didn't want to get into trouble'. We too are a couple of months away from pay off, and I agree. I will never work with them again.

Can't agree more with how terrible they are at Chase. I've gotten phone calls at 8am on a Sunday morning!! They Suck.......

I am in the same boat. I have been 10 days late or a few more for the past years I have had the vehicle and haven't missed a payment yet and they refuse to give up callin even when they can see I've been makin the payments every month for the past 2 years! Every other company I have dealt with gives a 10 day grace period...something Chase even TOLD me when I got the loan...that they have now retracted sayin that's not true...chase never had a grace period....WHATEVER!!! Give us the hard working comsumer trying to make it in this crazy world, that need automobiles to even make the money to make the payments a free break!!!!!

Chase Bank calling. I am behind $50.00. A late fee. They threaten to repo my vehicle. Just another bankrupt mega bank with nothing better to do. Funny how I tried to have them do a post dated check for 3 days later, and they refused. The customer service is the absolute WORST i've ever seen! Had to go through 8 people and give them the EXACT same info before getting the person who refused my payment, lmao. The way they do business and treat their customers is extremely, extremely pathetic.

two days late TWO DAYS!! THEY CALL REPEATEDLY.. using two to three different phone numbers.if you receive a call from 800-52108106 its chase, they start sunday morning at 7:30 am..Chase is the worst bank ever!!!

1 day late and they blow my phone up never missed a payment they really SUCK !!!

Chase Auto Finance. It's a computer generated message, saying they have an important message for you, and call between the hours of ,,,,, I also received these messages when I was making a change to my mailing address - they finally sent a letter with the change. Too bad we can't forward these messages on to Chase - maybe then they'd do something about this annoyance.

Got a call from Chase. My car note is due on the 5th of each month and we get a 10 day grace period. However today is the 6th and I am already getting a phone call that my payment is late. I don't understand it.

Yes, Chase is still at it. I find it interesting that the telephone number keeps changing. Chase must do that on purpose, thinking we're not smart enough to figure it out.

They are the only company I know that will harass you like this when your only 2 days late that is so ridiculous...
