Chase starts calling me the day after my payment is due. I've been making late (but full) payments for the last couple of months due to being laid off. Because of this, I've dealt with several different collection agents. Not one of them has been understanding or even nice about the situation. They call me and hang up on my voicemail so many times they've filled my entire voicemail in a 12 hr period. Weekends, holidays, work calls, they don't care. One of them (Brian) even called my EX husband and told him I had lost my job and told him to pay it. He isn't a co signer or even on my loan!! They took his name off my application (he was listed as a reference). I can't wait until I'm done paying off this loan so I can file a complaint with the AG. They go above and beyond to harass their customers. What they do is illegal and they don't care. I will never use Chase again. I'd rather ride the bus.

Chase Auto Finance. These idiots keep calling me on a car I traded in and no longer own. These people are horrible, do not get a loan through them unless you want to be harassed and called 20 times a day.

This is Chase Auto and they call several times a day and never leave a message. If you are going to call, you should always leave a message. They do not! Last payment and I am thrilled not to have to deal with them again. They hound you to death! If you can avoid dealing with them , do so. The people are usually nice, but they have some bad apples too. Never was over 10 days late, paid all late charges, but they still hound you after being 4 days late! Hounding is they call your work, they call your cell phone, they call and call and call. Even on Sundays they call!

Please stop calling my cell & leaving no message.

I do not even have a loan with Chase auto and they continuously call me everyday. I purchased a phone (pay as you go) from Walmart and the only thing I can figure out is that somebody else had the number previous to my purchase. Chase is burning my minutes and it is really upsetting. I wish something could be done to stop this type of intimidation.

Never again will I loan, borrow or anything else from Chase. They have made me feel like a bad person. Well hello its America and we are all having a hard economic crisis. Stop sending $$$ to help every country that's poor because we are now. America help us. Wtf is wrong with that. We are the ones who struggle so they don't have to. Well what about me and my family and kids

Every two weeks I make a car payment my finance company calls me every single day even with more arrangements to pay extra, now they calling my kids !! I will never buy another car
