I register my landlline AND cell phone on Do Not Call Registry - doesn't matter a bit...

I was told by the do not call registry which is run buy the federal trade commission (FTC) that if you don't know the number just don't answer it.My cell phone provider has a way of blocking numbers but these scumbags are using software that hijacks peoples voice over IP addresses (that little jack you plug into your computer for phone service) the scumbags could be anywhere. I got a call from card services from My own town in Connecticut. The number was listed to one of local stores.Be careful.
